If you want to lose weight
Hello. My name is Timothy and I am a professional nutritionist. I help obese people in finding the solution out of their bad situation. I for the fact know how it is to be obese. Believe me or not but I once were a chubby person with no perspectives and no views on life. I would always sit on my coach and eat pasta, crisps and I would always drink fizzy drinks while watching TV. We call this a coach potato lifestyle or a sedentary lifestyle. This is very harmful. Sedentary lifestyle means that you"re not and active person. It means that you lead a life with no physical activity or a very irregular physical activity. If you watch TV, or play computer games/surf the net, read for the whole day then you"re a coach potato. You have to move on in your life and really grasp some activity. I did that and look at me now. I am a nutritionist I work out at the gym and I help people. I find people that want to lose weight daily. Their problems are very common. They are getting tired very fast, they can"t move properly, etc. You have to do both, training and eating good. It indeed can be a hard work when you are really obese but the work you put into it is really worth it. If you lose weight you will really feel better and you can believe me, I know what I am talking. I am not another guy who thinks he can help obese people but he never been in this situation. No! I have been through that but I managed to lose weight and now, I lead a healthy life because I don"t want to go back. Mark my words and do the same. Train hard and eat smart.
